The Application functions as an independent tool compatible with various online service providers. These Terms of Service apply solely to the Application. Separate terms and conditions apply for each service provider, including those provided by Wanwire LLC (e.g. 12VPX), which should be reviewed independently.
The Application is provided free of charge for lawful purposes. You acknowledge that usage in certain jurisdictions might be deemed illegal and agree that Wanwire LLC bears no responsibility for any unlawful use in such jurisdictions.
Users of all ages are welcome to use the Application. However, users under 18 should obtain consent from a parent or guardian before use.
There are no costs, payments, or billing associated with the use of the Application.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties, either expressed or implied. Wanwire LLC disclaims any warranty concerning the Application's functionality or availability.
You are responsible for using the Application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Misuse by any user is not the responsibility of Wanwire LLC.
Wanwire LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Application.
Wanwire LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
